Store/Website Policies

  • This product is a DIGITAL FILE only. You will receive an instant download once your payment is confirmed. A physical product will NOT be delivered to you.
  • This digital file is for personal use. Digital products CANNOT be re-sold, shared or modified.
  • All digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Our policy lasts 14 days for regular store items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds are generally processed as Store Credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • VISION BOARDS
  • BOOKS
  • LIVE EVENTS/RETREATS
  • BEAUTY
  • SALE/ CLEARANCE/ACCESSORIES
  • NEW ARRIVALS
  • GIFT CARDS
  • MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Refunds (in its original tender) will only be given for items received damaged or defective. If items were never received, proof from TT POST/USPS must be provided in this event.

All beauty/cosmetic Items are non-returnable. Additional photos of imperfections are available upon request. If you would like to cancel your order before shipment, you may do free of charge. After the order ships, we will not be able to process any returns/exchanges after that point.

Currently, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are ineligible for returns at this time.

At this time, all return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. If a refund is given, shipping costs will not be deducted.

Transit times vary. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to reach our facility and any exchanges (if applicable) to be shipped back out to you.

If you are shipping an item over $70 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
